“We have lived here for almost a year. We love the location of Alderwood Heights. It's right by H Mart, our favorite market, Katsu Burger, and close to the Alderwood Mall. The renovated apartments are decently nice, and build quality is okay. Overall, it feels pretty home-y here. Our immediate neighbors are friendly, and the staff and maintenance have always been helpful and kind. Cons: No AC - you will likely buy your own so make room for that. It's clearly built in the 80s; doesn't stand up to similarly priced newly built apartments. Seems to foster some noisy neighbors. Hot tub has been closed the whole time. Final thoughts: We would love to renew here given a fair renewal price that makes sense with the market and nearby competitors.”
