“They “expelled” my dog!!! They wrote that while he wasn’t aggressive, that it could *potentially* escalate and that wasn’t a good situation for the other dogs or their staff. Can you believe that?! Not only did they reach out to apologize (when they had NO reason to apologize), but they offered to share options for training services to help improve his behavior. I know my Rocki boy isn’t a bag dog. He needs training and guidance to learn appropriate behavior in a doggy day care setting and I know that’s MY responsibility. Not theirs. They are doing the right thing to keep other dogs safe and to keep their staff safe. Rest assured your fur baby will be safe, enriched, and loved while in their care!! Highly recommended!!”
