“TLDR ~ Best purchase experience I've ever made! The service technician and counter people were able to help guide me to the zero point riding mower I wanted and answered all my questions along the way. I wanted it to last, service it myself, and be reliable. I decided on a Bad Boy MZ Magnum. They steered me to get a grass shoot rather than a bag as grass won't get clogged with our regularly wet conditions. They were able to deliver it to my house a couple days later, and the driver called me to ask if I was going to be using it that night to which I said yes and he filled it up, so that I was able to rock and roll after a long hot Friday work day. He even unloaded it into my garage to keep it safe as no one was home at the time. I was half joking with my wife and friend in the store about how I wanted to upgrade the seat pretty soon to the nice ones with arm rests and more back support. My wife talked with the service technician about how the arms and foot deck pedal were too far away on most machines when we were looking. I discovered a very pleasant surprise when seeing the mower for the first time after delivery. The seat was upgraded, the lever and pedal were shortened for my wife, and it was ready to turn key and go! The convience and hassle free experience was top-notch. Did I also mention that the price was better than anything I could find online? These guys are amazing.”

I would come and the pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have enough staff. it continued after the pandemic got better but I realize we also lost a lot of people to COVID, so it makes sense it’s been hard to staff places still. “I have been going to this little store / deli since I was a youngster, the Asian family that own it now have had it for 25-30 yrs and before they bought it it was run by a German lady maybe Bavarian and it was a real old fashioned deli that had everything you could think of and everything was the best. The new owners have kept some of the deli items available like the sandwiches and one of my favorite things the hot ham and cheese sandwich it cost about $4.50 now back in the day it used to cost 59 cents it has quality ham and fresh specialty baked bread from a seattle bakery, one thing it could use a little more ham on the sandwiches now but there still very good they will heat them up and it takes about 5 mins then add mustard to it if you like or other condiments wonderful flavored sandwich. another thing you don't see much this store still rents DVDs if you still have a DVD player, if your in the neighborhood stop in and give it a try, i think you will like it.”

“I worked here for over three years until the end of 2022. During that time, I held different positions, including in leadership, and interacted regularly with both the front end and pharmacy staff. In the entire time I worked here I can count the number of genuine racism displayed by staff on one hand and still have fingers left over. Those individuals are no longer employed at the store. Employee safety is a top priority for management, especially in the rough and difficult neighborhood this store is in. Management have spent the entire pandemic communicating with and attending to customer concerns. Unfortunately the pandemic lead to an increase in the amount of theft, homeless and drug addicts in the area, which added a layer of difficulty for leadership. The management at this store cares deeply about the employees and the customers and works extremely hard to ensure both are safe and satisfied. There will always be individuals who misunderstand situations and policies, especially when they lack longevity, work ethic, professionalism and experience. Retail can be a difficult field to work in and when you're new to it sometimes finding workplace satisfaction can be difficult. I learned a great deal during my years working here and I am incredibly grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced during that time. My family has always shopped at this store, most recently today when my niece came in and walked out very happy with her red nose. Please keep in mind that retail staff are humans too and deserve to be treated kindly and respectfully.”
