“I went to the Midwifery at Providence for my first pregnancy and it wasn’t bad at all, but I wanted to see just 1 doctor for my 2nd child. The baby is still brewing though. I decided to see Dr. Knapp and he is great. I also did a little research on him prior to scheduling and although young, he was my choice. It’s important that I feel comfortable, validated and just happy with my doctors and I am all of these with him. He is very thorough, informative, non-judging and just seems to be a really good human. So far I am very pleased with all my interactions with him.”

Found Steve on Google Search - called him and I was lucky he had time that Friday afternoon. The unit was installed in no time. Unfortunately it was defect and didn't fully work. Steve worked with the vendor's tech-support and got it all fixed. Extremely good service. Amazing work. He is very customer oriented - and will ensure everything works to your satisfaction. They solve problems and make every patient feel like we are the only patient. They know their patients and are dedicated to their work. They don't get paid enough for the conditions they work in and still mannage to save lives daily. The manager also works as a technician on the floor.
