I feel so much fitter now than I did in my 20’s and early 30’s. Jesse’s no non-sense approach is great. If you actually listen to his advice, and leave ego at the door, you will see some awesome results. I know I was skeptical at first, especially coming from a box with a completely different mentality, and years of ‘round the clock fitness style coaching and nutrition. But, the amazing progress I’m seeing speaks for itself. I have learned an amazing deal, and have been workout-related-injury free because I’ve learnt to listen and try to follow the advice Jesse and the coaches give me. Carrie is a great tool when it comes to anything related to nutrition. I love getting her input on some of my dietary choices, because I get good advice and insight I wouldn’t otherwise. She also has such a chill energy that I can’t be in a bad mood after spending time with her. The community is also great! “My oldest son started this preschool last fall. We had just moved to Washington State and I was nervous about this big change for him. Now that I looked in retrospective, I feel very thankful that we found Tesla Spanish Academy and honestly I could not have asked for a better setup for him! The teachers are very loving and caring. Maestra Selene is very organized and prepared, I truly like the way she teaches the kids and the way she handles learning in this preschool. Every month the kids learn about a new specific subject and all activities are geared towards thar subject (e.g. dinosaurs in June, instruments in February, etc). Everyday my son comes home talking about very interesting things he has learned at school. The kids also sing and dance a lot, which my son loves! Besides learning, there is a lot of playing and socializing, which is very important at this stage. My son’s personality has really flourished here, he became much more social and has learned how to play nicely with other kids. I have nothing but good things to say about Tesla Spanish Academy. I can’t wait until my youngest son is old enough to attend this preschool next year! Don’t hesitate to send your toddler to this preschool, you won’t be disappointed. It truly is a great preschool!”

I can absolutely see an improvement in speech and social skills since starting. He LOVES his teachers, para-educators, and therapists. I have had several opportunities to sit in on classes and am nothing but impressed with how things run. These teachers and therapists possess the best kind of teaching philosophies and take their jobs very seriously. Both the speech and physical therapists we have worked with are some of THE BEST around! We have worked with more than I'd like to admit, but we finally found the right match(es) for our son. They are diligent and proactive, always looking for ways to improve without putting pressure on our son. I highly recommend this preschool to any one with a child that is experiencing any developmental delays or has special needs.”

“When my mom needed more attention than institutional care provided, with memory issues as well, A Kind Heart was so comforting and helpful. They even moved her in. The caregivers were all genuine and skillful, and always cheerful. They accommodated her dietary preferences and coordinated all her on-site care, recommending excellent primary care and auxiliary providers. The facility is lovely, clean and spacious, with a nice outdoor space. Great communication with the family was always possible. When hospice was necessary, it was a seamless process, as they worked with the hospice nurse to increase care levels. Excellent care, wonderful setting, and peace of mind, always.”

“My favorite Gourmet Latte location! All the other places don't carry almond poppy seed muffins, but they do and it's my favorite muffin! I don't really care for their lemon poppy seed muffin tops, not as satisfying. Also my drink is ALWAYS perfect! Never left with a drink I was disappointed in. Ladies working there are also awesome! Try picking off hours for this place otherwise you could be waiting 20 minutes for a coffee 'cause it's always (rightfully so) packed.”
