“What a cute park with a view! This park has a paved path, a dock, restrooms, and a large open space to enjoy. The day we went it was cold and wet but what a great find! Despite the cold weather, there were teens on scooters, children on the playground, and people hanging out in general. It is located next to city hall and other businesses (grocery/restaurants/etc.). The ducks and seagulls are used to people and stayed close by. The kids got a hoot seeing them. If in the area, it's a nice place to stop and relax.”

“Addicott installed my flat roof for my home. Let's be clear. Roofing my house SUCKED. Nearly every single peice of fascia had been rotted through, and several parts of the roofing overhang as well. The original flat roof was just 2 roofs poorly slapped on top of each other. I knew it, they knew it, we all had a miserable time. Addicott fixed my roof professionally, affordablly, and had the rot removed replaced and roofed back together in only a few days. “We have lived here just over 4 years now, and love it! We were in a one bedroom when we first moved in, and about two years ago we transferred to a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Annamarie was so helpful and patient with our millions of questions as we went through the transfer process. She is always so friendly and pleasant, whenever you need anything. We are so glad we choose Bailey Farm when we moved to Bothell. This is hands-down the best apartment complex in the area. We love the layout of our apartment and all of the modern details (flooring, appliances, cabinets). Our guests often comment on how they forget they are in an apartment. We love the view of the nature preserves and how close it is to North Creek park. The amenities are great—fitness center has anything you could possibly need, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill, pool/hot tub and clubhouse. Maintenance issues are handled swiftly and professionally, and the grounds are kept immaculate (clean and well manicured). Other residents are friendly and the property has a great vibe. We definitely recommend living here!”

“Overall I love my apartment. I rarely hear noise from the neighboring units and it’s always quiet by 10 pm. The location helps with outside noise since we are across the street from warehouses and office parks. The management and maintenance teams are top notch. All that being said, there is only one garbage area which the residents don’t seem to understand how to use. Parking assignments make little sense (and it’s expensive). The rent increases are nuts. Many people move as soon as their first year is up because of how high the rents are. My unit was $1501 a month when I moved in. It went up to $1677 at renewal. And similar units are 1700-1800 before the parking and garbage fees. I will have to move when my lease expires next year. I will no longer be able to pay the rents here.”

“My son attended Grove Elementary 1st-5th grade. He had some rough patches over the years and the office staff really got to know him. Despite my son's outbursts the staff/teachers were always so patient with him...always having kind words about him and to him. They worked with me to find a solution to my son's outbursts by devising a plan that involved rewards and participation both at home and school. The bottom line is they worked with me and supported my son instead of labeling him a problem and just disciplining him.My son has the sweetest heart and they saw that, and that support finally turned my son around. The outbursts basically went away and a happy child had had a happy 5th grade graduation at Grove.”
