I recently had a really terrible experience with a specific staff member that has resulted in me not returning. I realize they have plenty of business and don't need my money that badly, but between me & my husband we easily spent a couple hundred dollars there a month. I would recommend going mon/wed/fri when the gal with the long hair is there, or any time Shelly is there you're going to get great service. As someone with 20+ years of retail, customer service and management under my belt, if it were my shop and my team I would want to know when customers were not treated respectfully, had left dissatisfied or had a not-so-great experience. I would love an email address where I could send a little feedback to the manager or owner. I didn't want to leave a scathing review because one bad experience doesn't define a company or the entire team. They really are lovely folks and carry quality goods.”
