Their main project manager was quick to respond to me, he was at my house every day overseeing the people doing the work, workers were on time and respectful, and the owner was available if I needed him. Even when the work was about to be finished, the project manager looked at it and decided it wasn't good enough, so he started it over at no cost to me. He showed real integrity and made sure what we got was absolute quality.
