He is a great communicator in coordinating the appointment, preferred vendor for insurance (repair fully covered), and the repair looks fantastic. He also went above and beyond with my repair... I ended up in a meeting at the time of repair I could not get out of so left the garage open and keys in car for him to do the repair. Ended up my battery was dead but he needed to start the car to warm the windshield. He got the car jump started and running, which took extra time for him and he was still super positive and thankful for using his service. Great guy, fantastic repair. I wouldn't consider anyone else for any windshield repairs for me or my family and you shouldn't either :).”

“Happily writing my first unquestionable 5 star review in quite a while for Seattle Tires. I dropped off my wheel and tire with a broken valve stem this morning. By lunch time, they had pulled it apart and were able to salvage my expensive TPMS sensor by replacing just the broken part of it with a spare he had. Friendly and quick communication throughout too. All of this for the same price that one of the national chains charges just to break the bead on a tire... My only regret is that I didn't get the gentleman's name to thank him here by name! “This place is 5 star for a reason. Daniel was very responsive over email and provided a quote with the photos I sent. My car had a minor damage on the rear bumper. The quality of work was excellent. The insurance company sent me a lowball check which didn't cover the expense at any body shop. I enquired at multiple shops and found that Protech had the highest reviews and lowest quote. “Easy to get to location right of the main road. Large parking and entrance. This location even works on semis and has plenty of room for several of them at once. Large lobby for waiting while your car is being serviced. The lobby has a tv to watch as well. Not currently doing popcorn due to the pandemic. All the staff I encountered or overheard working with others were very friendly and polite. They are very helpful and customer service-focused. If you need tires, brakes, or alignment done i would recommend this location for sure.”
