“Great service! Tanya and Andy are really nice.. We've taken several cars over the decade. Recently, we did took our brothers Lexus GS in to get tinted and called us to let us know that his window wad already tinted with a lighter tint. So, they would have to take the old tint out put in the new tint but warned us that sometimes part of rear window defroster sticks to the old tint and comes off. They perfectly removed the old tint without any damage to the defroster. They gave us a call when the were 1/2 hour from completing the work and another when they were done. Great job... Will come back again.”

“I researched 17 windshield replacement companies in the metro area. Some had cheaper prices - they also had a lower number of 5 star ratings Kaizen had 98% 5 star ratings. It's easy to like the work when it's new. It's even better to like it after a while. It has been almost 3 months since Kaizen replaced the windshield on my 1998 Truck. I like it! The workmanship is excellent. The price was great. The people doing the work were friendly and thorough. I am very pleased. I strongly recommend this company.”

“Always courteous and professional. I get all of my services done here. BEST TIRE PRICES IN THE COUNTY! I have only had one inconsistency to speak of, and that is on my brakes. One mechanic says I'm low on brake lining, and then 5,000 miles later another mechanic says I am good. Not enough to turn me away, I would install brakes myself anyways since I am out of warranty on my truck. Recommended!”
