“Recently I went home to visit my parents and they go to this church. I needed to record two lessons for my work and my mother suggested using the meeting room, perhaps. I had not met Pastor Jeremy yet. I was touched by his kindness to allow me to use the meeting room so I could record my lessons. Due to Covid issues, I did not go to a service, but when I return for a visit, I plan to go with my family. I also like how they have a soup kitchen on Tuesdays to share with the community. What a wonderful gift, especially during cold weather. God bless this church, the congregation, and the pastor and his family.”

When I went, I learned why, and it's because the congregation (led by a wonderful pastor, Dan Johnson)is friendly and warm - welcoming all who enter. Dan has become our family Pastor through some of the most difficult circumstances. In the last four years, we have had to lay to rest four of our dearest family members, and Pastor Dan has been there for each and everyone one of them, always with a joyful message and uplifting guidance. He has and is an important figure in my life as I deal with the numerous issues that have been part of my life and my training. If you haven't been to church before, or looking for a place to call home, then I always recommend trying Westside Foursquare Church! No heavy handed preaching, no pretentious posturing. “My daughter 1st brought me to this Church and ever since we would attend every Sunday. She would stay for the 2nd service so that she would help out at the children’s area. Somehow i got myself wrapped up in my job, and building a couple of businesses that I stopped attending Church. One day i was driving somewhere and something told me to turn around and i somehow subconsciously ended up at this Church. My eyes were filled with tears, because i felt lost in life that I didn’t know who I was. I met one of the Church elder we talked for a bit because he had to be somewhere so I gave someone to give him my #. 3 weeks past and i never got a return call. I still attend Church every other week and I met 3 other men that are helping me overcome my epic obstacle. I’m still struggling. But I have their # that I could talk with Spiritual/ personal level. I am so “Thankful” that the Lord lead me in front of these men !!!”
