“I've been searching for a little while now for a new "home" church and believe with all my heart that the Lord led me, and my son and his family to this community of believers. So loving and welcoming, down to earth and real! No pretense here. No crazy loud music, strobe lights and a rock star preacher. But at the same time filled with life, the Holy Spirit, nothing boring here! Just a come as you are with all your problems, brokenness, and with the little or big faith you may have...the way Jesus loves and accepts us! Pastor Andrew is the son of the first Pastor I ever had, Tom Ferguson. I have such great memories of Pastor Tom and those early days that I walked with Jesus. Andrew periodically announces "Ladies & Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, I present to you, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords - Jesus Christ". We all then cheer and whistle as loud as we can. He figured, and so do I, if we can hoot and holler for sports teams, celebrities, etc...mere human beings, then why shouldn't we do that even more with the Almighty God of the Universe. After all, He is the epitome of Fame and He is eternal. I love Hope Church (appropriately named) and 'hope' they continue that practice, and just being a genuine, loving church! Five stars for sure! “This is a very friendly community church. It's focused on the gospel, refrains from political commentary and is very inclusive. They recently returned to attended services, but are COVID conscious, social distanced and mask compliant to keep everyone safe. The pastor, Sheila Marie, is a delight to visit with. Services continue to be available streamed online on Sunday mornings at 10 AM. There will be a Christmas Eve service at 4:30 PM. While singing has yet to return, there is wonderful piano and cello for worship music. 5 STARS! UPDATE 06/15/2022: Singing and in-person services have returned. Masks still required for singing. Available also, on Facebook each Sunday morning at 10 AM.”

“I enjoyed my time here very much. I felt welcome and the presence of the Lord seems to be all through this place. The piano player was the most beautiful angel i have ever set my eyes on. The way she played made me feel like i was closer to heaven. I will be a follower of this church and i hope to volunteer here and grow my faith in the creator. I would help this establishment achieve almost anything they ask. I appreciated the interpeter and the ear pieces i used to understand with. I pray that the lord blesses not only this church but every member and visitor that has attended. I especially pray for that beautiful angel who played the piano and anyone who is around her. It felt very comfortable. The pastor's sermons are interesting and personally applicable which is something I always look for. When I asked questions about the beautiful stained glass a church member made sure I received a written history of the design of the window. We would make this our church home but for the distance from our home community.”
