“My first time was at Don Hoppers funeral. I can understand now why he liked it. It is very comforting. I am sad and grieving Don. I have known him for years. Since he was 16. Its comforting to know Pastor Hicks was with Don and knew him. I knew many layers of Don. As I listened to Pastor Hicks , it was comforting. We were together as boyfriend & girlfriend in our teen years. Don always seemed to be searching for something. He found peace with the Lord. Don was supportive because he knew I am taking care of my mother. I miss our conversations and miss him every day but it is comforting to know he is at peace. Don called me from the hospital on the 19th. Of March. I knew , from how he spoke he would be at peace and out if pain soon. I had/have love for Don. Always have. ❤ Thank you for caring for him .
