“It's the only Russian Orthodox church where I can pray in solitude 🙏 I do appreciate Fathers to let me light candles in any time of my visit, though not every Russian Orthodox church in US is nice about it. I love that it's in the middle of the forest and not in a middle of the city as I'm used to. I always buy soaps that they are making, they have coffee (Abbott blend is a must), bibles, icons, etc.”

“Very friendly place, food was ok, but the Romanian festival was fun. Inside of the church is very fancy, ceiling painted like those in the Vatican. If your into religion or just a sense of history and how people believe and decorate, very cool to visit. The traditional dance and music made it very entertaining. Colorful outfits that match the friendly cheerfulness of the people. Recommend everyone checks it out at least once. A great experience of multicultural life.”

“Venture church is home to my family for a couple of months now and it’s such a shame we will be leaving in a couple of month as we move out of Washington state. My family will miss this church so much but we already praying we find a church we can call home as this one in our new state. From the first day of stepping into this church, the staffs are amazing, everyone is willing to help - to put into perspective, I’ve got toddler twin boys and they are a handful, from the door, we feel welcome here. You can evidently see the smile despite the mask. The teachings are what was most important to us and the church didn’t fall short. The pastors make Christianity practical to you and they make you know they are humans like you. Our lead pastor loves football and doesn’t hesitate to bring out life lessons from it which I think is a good one (though I’m no fan of American football and don’t understand most times 😃, I prefer soccer) This church is spiritual & my spirit man is awakened after every single meeting/gathering. The church also gives back to the community in a great way, I’ve volunteered a time and there was sooo much food and most importantly is the LOVE shared to the community. This is a prayer house and I pray for all the pastors (Brandon, Di & Morgan) that they continue to be strengthened with might in the inner man that they continue to boldly teach the word with abundance of miracles, testimonies and change of lives as evidence.”

“I have been a member here for about 7 years. I have enjoyed the warm, kind and welcoming people who are a part of this Parish. There are many options for getting involved including Sunday Bible Study, choir, bell ringers, etc, as well as special classes to help deepen one’s faith. The current priest has brought a lot of energy to our 85-year-old church. I love the amount of passion that members have in providing service to our greater community with food collections, clothing drives and other outreach programs. “I once went here after saving a guy from killing himself I got stuck in Lynnwood overnight and was able to crash here until I headed back home I even went to both Sunday services and the Ethiopian service was so empowering that day the pastor healed my leg 🦵 of a DVT blood clot and he invited me to eat with him and his family before I left I cleaned up the outside of the church to show thanks to these wonderful people thank you my friends. Antwan Swartz, and company were superb also! This Concert Series, "Jazz Live" is a exquisite experience. The blend of voice, piano, bass, sax, drums, soft laughter and generous applause was priceless! They even had homemade cookies from the sweetest ladies you ever want to meet. Want to experience a piece of heaven on earth- you've got to be there!”
