I appreciate the small class sizes and his attention to detail when guiding and training each individual to provide efficiency and safety. The programming is always changing to provide excitement and growth. I have been to many gyms throughout my life and nothing has ever kept me coming back year after year except training with Aaron at Northwest Athletics.
