He made sure everything was made right and that the employee was talked to about the proper way to handle customers on the phone and in person when the two coincide. Also, It turns out she did not hang up on me, the phone has a history of losing connection. I will continue shopping there for my corner store needs because I see how much the owner values his customers Original review below -- The morning shift woman Is a rude and will hang up on you if you call in and have more than one question. She will interrupt you, call you names, and try to make you feel inferior to her. I had two questions- "Hey can I get my money back or exchange a product with a broken seal and When is your boss coming back from vacation since you don't know" I didn't get to ask the second question because she hung up on me twice and won't pick up the phone anymore. It seemed to me during my three visits that most of the people coming here are regulars happy with the service, and I noticed that the doctor always offers to show me with mirrors the teeth that he will work on and explains what’s the problem. Very reassuring and gives peace of mind! I also feel heard when I brought up minor worries. Definitely recommend!”

“The gas here is too pricey. But they have a great location right next to the highway. It would be helpful if there was more parking but it is what it is. You can get the snacks and drinks you want here. They also give a membership with Shell if you would want to save more per gallon. But I dont know if they have a bathroom or not but they're right next to coulon park too so that's good. They are a clean gas station that's what I like also they have good coffee and milkshakes there”

“Beautiful brand new store with all the bells and whistles. I have been inside multiple times. They have lots of different types of machines for drinks and food. I know they're still getting the hang of things, but their slurpee machines are usually not working. Straws and lids weren't available in the first week. This place is always packed. I would definitely choose this 7/11 over the ones on A st. Very clean and they actually have a public restroom. Those are very hard to find these days with covid shutting everything down. The other gas/convenience stores in the area are going to lose lots of business to this new store.”

“I’m 59 years old with a history of eye issues, so I’ve seen a lot of ophthalmologists, but the care I received today was the best ever. Covid safety was off the chart. Staff was wonderful, attentive and well informed. Dr. Areiter and Nurse Courtney were a great team who performed the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. They took the time to really explore my issue and offered personal and detailed health plan. Plus it’s a full service facility with Optometrists, Glasses showroom and everything for your eye needs. Cannot recommend high enough.”

Most companies in the area come here daily including SKANSKA (the people building the light rail) .By all means if anyone is having a bad experience we ask that you tell the manager of the location because we do care about customer concerns. We have won circle of excellence 4 times in the last 7 years.... out of 230 stores, hmm there is a reason for that :) We hope to see you soon.
