“Dr. Hill is fantastic. Denture Services Northwest is the most relaxing, and clean, denture center I have ever been to. The receptionist, Shawna, is fantastic also. I received my partial dentures, but they needed some adjustment. I ended up having to cancel 3 different appointments due to work schedule, kids, and 2 bouts of Covid. They were so patient and kind. They ended up holding my partials for about 2 months. Not once did they sound frustrated about my missed appointments or long absence with no update. I highly recommend paying Dr. Hill a visit if you need dentures. I’m unbelievably happy with the fit, quality, appearance, and durability of my set.”

“My history with dentists isn't great. I had this short time in Wenatchee where I loved the dental office, but other than that - not so much. Now it's Sultan Dental Center. Hygienist Carrie is amazing, but the front desk staff is too. Everyone makes me feel welcome and well cared for. Carrie is gentle and kind and makes sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Fricke is so polite and also gentle and kind. The women who greet me and set up my appointments and payment options are respectful and competent. I still don't love going to the dentist's office. But I do love this dentist's office, if that can make any sense!”

“I’ve come here for years! Through the change of ownerships the admin staff and hygienists have always been so great a personable. And if I’m honest, I don’t typically feel super comfortable with people in my mouth. But the staff here has always been super comfortable for me to open my mouth to. I used to have to get gas Or whatever to be outta of it in order to be comfortable with anyone in my mouth. But with my time of working with the friendly staff here. No medication is needed to make me feel relaxed in order to get the job done. They’re very patient without making you feel weird for anything you may struggle with. They get it. And are super understanding. Highly recommend. My whole family comes here even though we have a bit of a commute to come to this office.”

“I’ve only had great experiences at Travelle! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel so welcome every time I come in. All the hygienists are very thorough and make sure that you know what they’re doing, if you should be doing anything differently and if there are any concerns, etc. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else, let alone trusting anyone else with my teeth! “I had an amazing experience at Light Dental Orthodontics. This was my first orthodontics appointment ever, so I wasn't sure what to expect. from the moment I stepped out the elevator I could hear music playing all over the office it was an amazing playlist and I immediately felt at ease and right at home. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting from the Nasta at the front desk soon after I met Jamie. She was very nice and really took a second to get to know me and wanted to know what worked best with me. soon after that I met Dr Hass who was also very nice and mad me giggle so much! I went in for a consult to get braces. I really didn't think I would leave with braces that day but I DiD!! So efficient!
