Dr. Lasley was very professional in sharing his perspective of my children’s orthodontic needs while respectfully understanding that our previous orthodontist had a different perspective. To me it showed great strength and confidence on Dr. Lasley’s behalf that he handled the situation so professionally and respectfully. It was an easy decision for our family to switch orthodontic care to Dr. Lasley. I feel so much more at ease with the course of treatment outlined by Dr. Lasley. My kids feel ease at his office as well. My son who has special needs was met with patience and understanding every step of the way. Comparing the 2 offices, the newer technology at Lasley orthodontist meant quicker times for imaging and clearer x-rays. “I went in yesterday to get my regular check up and I was very pleased by the care I was given. My dentist, Dr. Tate, was polite, funny, and most importantly, good at his job. I got my x-rays done and he walked me through his concerns about some potential cavities I had. He then said I should get two cavities filled as soon as possible, and they were able to fit me in the same day to get that taken care of. When I came back for my second appointment, I had Dr. Tate working on my mouth yet again, which I was quite pleased with. He first numbed the area around my tooth with a jelly and told me he would be inserting a needle. I have a pretty big fear of needles, but he was very soothing and reassuring through the whole thing and he filled my cavity quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend.”

I drove from Vancouver BC to Bellevue ( 2 hrs and half ) , and decided to have 6 veneer for my front teeth although she could make more money of that but she told me I just need two , she did awesome job to make even temporary teeth looks great and because of long distance she made two more temporary click on teeth in case . During the procedure she constantly asked if I ‘m in pain or not and explain what she’s doing step by step . I hardly recommend Dr Pacheco and her team to anyone who expect no less than perfect dental work .”

“I've been with Alki Dental for years, many years prior to Dr. Chi taking over. While there may have been some turnover in staff, I've never had any issues with the dental office and service, cleanings and other procedures have been excellent. I am not sure why other people have had such an issue with over-billing; I have had 3 crowns in the last year and am due for a 4th soon. Not once has Dr. Chi been anything but professional and helpful when planning the crowns and never has the billing office done anything nefarious. The only billing issue I had was due to my insurance company and the issue was settled relatively quickly with the help of Alki Dental's staff. I have had no issues with any of my temporary crowns or permanent crowns and I'll be a continued patient for as long as I'm able to do so.”
