“We have placed 5 implants (2 traditional and 3 mini) for my dad with Dr. Caggiano and Dr. Razoumovich. They are awesome dentists, who are extremely professional. Dr. Caggiano told me he only missed 4 days of work in his 40 years career. That is truly amazing. Staff are very friendly. Thank you Kara for taking care of us! The environment is clean and tiny. Well managed. Their prices (both traditional and mini) are the best in town too (about $1k-2k cheaper than other clinics we visited). I highly recommend to everyone, as I have been talking with my family and friends. The only thing is that they no longer offer mini-implants after the retirement of Dr. Caggiano. I certainly hope it could be on the list in the future, as it may be better suited for tighter areas and require less recovery time for elder people. Right now, mini implants are very hard to get in the Seattle area. We only found Dr. Chen from Bellevue Wellness Dental, who practices it. But he is less confident than Dr. Caggiano to use them in the back teeth. Overall, we are happy about the service. We will surely come back in the future for any implants or dental surgery.”

However, my surgery was scheduled several months out from my consult visit wirh the surgeon, and the communication was extremely poor during that time. I had to contact them to ask when the surgery was scheduled for, and again to ask about presurgery prep/procedure questions when I hadn't heard anything from them with surgery only 2 weeks away. Whenever I contacted them, they were great, but I would like to not have been left in the dark and forced to seek out answers to "What is going on???" Also, when checking in for required COVID test 2 business days before surgery, they were surprised I hadn't yet been prescribed the needed meds... sadly, it didn't surprise me.”
