“This review is long overdue. Matt and the electrician team are the first rates. He will give you options after a discussion of your wants and a thorough assessment of your space. He doesn't make promises he cannot keep to make a deal. His attitude is no-nonsense yet patient. He will do whatever he can to make your project a reality but is upfront with setting realistic expectations. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality of work is high. He and his crew were neat and paid attention to detail. He was more than gracious in dealing with my complex coop managing agency that required proof of vaccination, IDs, licenses, COI, disability, and SOW. SOW included: Adding a dedicated line for my AC. Combining two strings to one switch. Installing several lighting fixtures. Repositioning and stabilizing nine outlets throughout my apartment. They completed it in two days because they found some old wiring in our prewar apartment for replacement. I've worked with numerous other electricians and construction crews, and Matt is the most honest, professional, and skilled that I've experienced. I only wish he did more than electrical work.”

They keep the communication open with you on what you need/want during their service. I put up with not having this kitchen light for over a year that only took them less than 2 hours to fix what my plumber husband couldn’t fix. I’m absolutely pleased and satisfied with their work. “Lynn the owner is what you should expect from an electrician. He just installed a generator transfer switch for our home. On our first phone conversation, he showed immediate interest in what I wanted done to our home. He even drove out to our place to see what he was up against. I offered some money for his time but he refused. He is very personable and does not overcharge. His call out charge was $ 125.00. But this includes 2 hours of work. He finished in 30 minutes but was more then happy to write him the check. You will not go wrong if you go with Diamond Bay Electric. Thanks Lynn !!”

“Part of the reason I went with Kemly to replace our old breaker and garage lights was because during the quote inspection, they talked me through what the process would be like instead of just listing what needed to be fixed. As someone still learning about home repair, I greatly appreciated that they took the time to explain WHY certain things had to be addressed and how. And I'm so glad I went with them. Casey and Jonathan did a great job with organizing the wiring and replacing the lights in the garage and with replacing our old Zinsco breaker and globe meter. They kept me up-to-date on what they were doing throughout the day without my asking and let me know what the plan was for the next day when they were leaving. They kept up good humor (by evidence of their laughter and shaking of heads) in trying to map all of the breakers given that the old owners did some of their own work and didn't label the old breakers correctly. They were also very tolerant of my cat wanting to see what they were doing, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!”

“I will never use anyone else again! Chad and Michael arrived a few minutes early after fitting me in! I needed a timer installed, for a 120cfm fan, on a new build. Chad had the programmable timer I needed in his truck! He also had the foresight to wire in for a future heater to operate with the fan! I had some questions about wiring in my transformer. He was extremely helpful, patient, and courteous answering all of my questions. When he said he had time to wire it in… gravy! Can’t say enough about these guys! Excellent service! Highly recommend!”
