“These guys just cut off my mom's wedding ring that she didn't take off for the last 20 years, so the joint was super swollen and she felt trapped and was getting scared... We went to 2 local jewelry shops prior to that but they couldn't do anything about it, strangely. So we wondered into the fire station, and these guys knew exactly what to do, and in less than 5 minutes the thick ring was off. Mom is now in love with them (sorry, dad :) ) and planning to bring some home-cooked goodies over! We're really glad to have these good people as our neighbors, watching over us. Feels good and safe.
