“I also posted on yelp. The reason I go to this Sun Pacific is for customer service I receive from Trina and Ismel. I can’t say enough about how Trina is always happy, kind and helpful when I go there. I also feel employees who go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service should be recognized, and these 2 employees are top notch! I personally don’t like going to a establishment and when greeted its bland or negative, never with Trina or Ismel is it anything but smiles and follow through. Thanks to these 2 clerks I give 5 stars and will continue to make Sun Pacific my only stop for gas! I have to say Trina knew more than manager which in reality does’t surprise me because most businesses fail to see the employees who are exceptional because management ensures they aren’t noticed! Well there it is I’m ensuring they are noticed and hope they figure out who keeps the customers returning! Great job Trina and Ismel!!!”

Well that was all the money that I had and I needed but the remainder of the money I had on my card and I’m very grateful for the employee Kat that works there I believe that is her name she was very helpful in getting my money returned to my card she even returned my phone call when I called about it. She’s definitely a great employee She was very plate to me the entire time I was trying to explain how I needed my money returned to my card she even returned my phone call I think she is very good with customer service. “AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had never rented a 15’ U-Haul truck before, let alone driven anything other than a car. Whidbey Oil Sales was my rental truck drop off site and by the time I got there, I was a bundle of nerves having driven through blinding rain on the I-5 from Portland. As soon as I drove up, Sundown was up and out of the office to greet me with a big smile. He swiftly checked the truck in, was kind, re-assuring and very professional. Though the Uhaul website was down, he said he was not going to make me wait and said he would take care of everything and not to worry. He did, and my experience with a local business here on Whidbey Island was one of the best I have had. I am glad to be moving from Portland to Whidbey and if Sundown is any indication of the kindness of the people here, I am lucky to now be here. THANK YOU SUNDOWN! You made my first day here a great one! I only wish there were 2 of you so I could have rented the truck from you on the Portland side. Should I need heating oil, I know where I will go!”

“I must say it’s gotten way better since the homeless camp across the street is gone. I went to get gas there and was treated wonderful by the staff and they were quite entertaining. They even had a security officer let me in the rest room Who also looked out for my safety at the gas pump to make sure I wasn’t harassed by homeless people for money which I really appreciated. It’s good to see they’re following the trend of other businesses in the city putting security on their property. Best experience I’ve ever had a gas station.”

“I’ve visited the Shell station at 8433 South Hosmer Street while on assignment working in Tacoma. It is a little tricky entrance and exit since it sits right near the exit from I-5. I have not used the convenience store but never had a wait while filling up the truck. It’s pretty central to major roads, hotels, and shopping.”
