“I’ve been going to The Shop for a year and I can honestly say The Shop is my second home. I came to The Shop with certain fitness goals in mind and related that to Coach Rod and he has created and structured each training session to target my goals and as a result I have hit and exceeded every goal that I had. Not only does the training give fast results but the atmosphere does not feel like a gym but more like getting together with family 3 days a week. I’ve made some of the best friends that I now consider family at The Shop. I would highly recommend the shop to all who want a place that’s family oriented and goal driven. So my review may be biased since I am already loyal to the owners, coaches and kids that attend. But with that being said I love my kids with all my heart and only want the best for them. This is why I have been loyal to Ascend/Auburn gymnastics. This is the best place to take your kids if you want the best for them. If you want them to learn the sport, and build lasting relationships while in the process this is the place. Keep in mind the sport itself can be hard, just imagine learning to point your toes and body in shape while flying through the sky. 🤷🏽 the goal is progress not perfection. Every kid regardless the skill level will make progress from recreation classes on up.”

“I honestly like this gym. Everyone there seems very friendly, even though my wife and I have gym equipment at our house we still frequent this gym. I liked it so much that when the pandemic hit I was going to ask to help keep it running however I could because it's a local gym for the community and it was important to that if this gym keeps people smiling and talking then let's keep it open. I'm glad to see it made a comeback and I hope to meet the owners one day to thank them. “I love this place! Natalie and Jared are amazing coaches and they make Crossfit very approachable for people of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes. That’s one of the things that stands out to me is the diversity of the people I work out with and I love it so much. Some Crossfit boxes can be really intimidating, but not this one. The workouts are short and intense and they WILL improve your fitness. I’d been working out consistently for well over a decade and thought I was in great shape, but this just takes it to a whole different level!! I’ve seen my muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness increase by leaps and bounds in just two months… hiking up the mountains out here is getting a lot easier! Last, but not least by any measure, is the wonderful community here… Everyone is so positive, encouraging, friendly, and fun. I know when I go in that I’m going to have a good time and feel like I belong somewhere. Here, I feel like others truly want one another to succeed and that feels really good.
