“I love this place! Natalie and Jared are amazing coaches and they make Crossfit very approachable for people of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes. That’s one of the things that stands out to me is the diversity of the people I work out with and I love it so much. Some Crossfit boxes can be really intimidating, but not this one. The workouts are short and intense and they WILL improve your fitness. I’d been working out consistently for well over a decade and thought I was in great shape, but this just takes it to a whole different level!! I’ve seen my muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness increase by leaps and bounds in just two months… hiking up the mountains out here is getting a lot easier! Last, but not least by any measure, is the wonderful community here… Everyone is so positive, encouraging, friendly, and fun. I know when I go in that I’m going to have a good time and feel like I belong somewhere. Here, I feel like others truly want one another to succeed and that feels really good. “Dr Paravecchio provided anesthesia for my 20 month old daughter to get crowns on her front teeth. I was nervous about her going under because of her age (as would be expected) and he was a calming and reassuring presence the whole way. He explained just enough to put me at ease without bombarding me with all the details and I walked out the room feeling like she was in good hands. After the procedure he explained what to expect as she was waking up and coming out of anesthesia. It was reassuring knowing that he is also a pediatric dentist, and so knowledgeable about all her needs at this appointment. I would absolutely use his services again should any of my children ever need anesthesia again. Also because their company is contracted with my insurance and willing to bill them, the cost to me was $700 less than our previous dentist had quoted for anesthesia.”
