“I have lived here for less than a year but have enjoyed being here so far. The property is older, which comes with quirks, but maintenance and management have been quick to respond to/resolve any issues. There have unfortunately been a number of vehicle break-ins within the last few months; as someone who has worked in the security field as well as property management, I understand that crime prevention of that sort is extremely challenging. The only challenge we have faced is getting uphill during the winter, as the one road in/out of part of the property can freeze over. However, the location and nearby area is safe, the neighbors are friendly and caring, and current management shows/puts in effort-which is very rare to get all those aspects. For folks of all walks looking for a good place to live, I would recommend it.”

He told me about his approach to fitness and coaching style and it seemed like the perfect gym for me but for whatever reason it took me another 6 years before I returned to actually take my first class. At age 51, and with chronic back pain and mobility issues from an injury in my 20’s, I started working out at CrossFit Gig Harbor 3 days a week with the hope of improving mobility and my level of fitness.
