“I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated at the William Street Miracle Ear in Cheektowaga. I first spoke with Marie, the front office assistant. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. “Ying is incredible. I suffer with anxiety and depression and I came in feeling hopeless and needing to find a way to help me get back on the track. I had an extensive conversation with Ying about my issues, stemming from a pending divorce, family of origin of being abused and she knew exactly what to do. We started on my acupuncture session with me laying on my side, I was super anxious because well… needles. Turns out, it didn’t feel bad at all! And when she started the process I could literally feel all the bad energy flow out of me. I felt much better after the session but knew having acupuncture in my life was necessary in my healing journey and getting to that state where I was finally going through post traumatic growth. I go twice a week, Ying also helps me with cupping because of intense workout regimen and I’ve benefited from that.
