I even talked my husband into seeing him (his PCP before that was Harborview Emergency). Dr. West spends as much time with you as is necessary. However, the thing that impressed me the most and why I have remained so loyal is that Dr. West isn't a "easy fix" kind of guy. His first instinct isn't pills but exercise, proper diet, mental health, etc. However, if medication is necessary he isn't afraid to prescribe it. The best thing I can say about him is that I've sent him several patients over the years and they all equally sing his praises.”
