“I really do like the Naval Hospital, they have always been good to my family and very helpful. The family practice for us has been spot on for 40 years. I like the views and the comfort of the waiting rooms. I know that some think the wait is long for many things but if you consider the number of people they see it is really not bad. Coming on Saturday for pharmacy is really your best bet, lobby opens at 7:30 and windows open at 8:00. The parking is very good and they have great customer service. Just think if you don't like the provider and they are Military they will transfer soon.”

“My daughter and I have been at the gym for several years now. Of the three gyms we’ve worked out at, SWAG has been by far the best. SWAG has definitely become a second family. The office staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The team coaches are all ridiculously great, and have decades and decades of experience between all of them. The gym owner is fun and very involved in his programs. The Rec staff is all wonderful and keep the kids moving, having a great time and keep them learning new skills in a positive environment.
