She is young and at first glance it may be easy to write her off as young and untried, but we have found her to be very knowledgeable, exceptionally patient with our unending questions and need for reassurance. She clearly understands how frightening it is to receive news of the magnitude of this illness and how devastating it is to understand how far it may have progressed before making its presence known as well, and has been very supportive. We have known her for 2 years now and are very comfortable with her judgment, trust her decisions and treatment plan completely, and appreciate not having to go to Seattle VM to see her as she spends one day each week at the VM clinic in Edmonds. I am a retired RN and feel we were very fortunate to be referred to Dr. Burman. We heartily recommend her to other patients.”
