Everyone is so kind. My entire experience from the moment I walked in the door was so great. Everything from the front desk lady making me feel so welcomed, helping me pick out a coffee (first time in a new place can be uncomfortable sometimes and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she was very sweet!), to the conversation with the dental hygienist (she made me feel like I've been going there for years), to the doctor!! He was so kind, professional, and gentle. They made me feel confident about how I've been taking care of my teeth and helped me with what I needed to work on without making me feel shamed or pressured in any way (that has been my experience at other big corporate dental offices in the past). I love the natural approach to dental care! The care was exactly what I was hoping for and more than I expected! Also, the cute little bag you get after your cleaning to take home with you. It's the little things that everyone did that added up. All the staff is so kind. I'm very pleased with this office and I can't wait to go back! “I ordered two pairs of boots last September (2019), a classic hiker and a summer hiker. I am a professional geologist and avid backpacker and have had life-long issues with debilitating blisters. I received the boots in late spring, also experiencing some of the delays and communication issues of recent reviews (hence 4 stars instead of 5). But persistence paid off. Both pairs have been heavily used this summer and fall and it makes such a difference having boots that fit my misshapen feet properly. Bottom line: The boots are great--six stars! And Aurel and Alex are conscientious craftsmen. I wish they attended to the business side a little better. I desperately want them to be there when I need my next pair!”
