“I needed a refill on my inhaler while visiting Issaquah from Ellensburg. I was approx 20 minutes away when I called and got Brian on the phone. He didn't see a refill so he called my Dr office and had them fax a new prescription while I was on my way. By the time I arrived it was just in time, I could barely get to the counter but my inhaler was ready for pick up!! The lovely blonde lady rang me up very quickly so I could get to my product and use it... As I got back to my car I burst into thankful tears. I CANNOT tell you how much I appreciate them going above and beyond what's expected these days. You saved me quite a bit of money not having to go into an urgent care with no insurance. “We have lived here for almost a year. We love the location of Alderwood Heights. It's right by H Mart, our favorite market, Katsu Burger, and close to the Alderwood Mall. The renovated apartments are decently nice, and build quality is okay. Overall, it feels pretty home-y here. Our immediate neighbors are friendly, and the staff and maintenance have always been helpful and kind. Cons: No AC - you will likely buy your own so make room for that. It's clearly built in the 80s; doesn't stand up to similarly priced newly built apartments. Seems to foster some noisy neighbors. Hot tub has been closed the whole time. Final thoughts: We would love to renew here given a fair renewal price that makes sense with the market and nearby competitors.”
