“Jesse, Carrie, and crew are absolutely awesome! I have seen a lot of improvement in my strength and endurance since I joined two years ago. I feel so much fitter now than I did in my 20’s and early 30’s. Jesse’s no non-sense approach is great. If you actually listen to his advice, and leave ego at the door, you will see some awesome results. I know I was skeptical at first, especially coming from a box with a completely different mentality, and years of ‘round the clock fitness style coaching and nutrition. But, the amazing progress I’m seeing speaks for itself. I have learned an amazing deal, and have been workout-related-injury free because I’ve learnt to listen and try to follow the advice Jesse and the coaches give me. Dr. Barrick performed a great toe fusion surgery on my right foot and did an outstanding job as I’m so pleased at how little pain I’ve had-only three pain pills needed and my surgery was last Monday morning! “I am writing this review 2 WEEKs after my daughter's treatment! Since the day my baby was discharged from the NICU, she had a hard time latching and had a horrible reflux. After speaking to our pediatrician, we were referred to Dr. Osafi. He diagnosed my daughter with a lip-tie. I was so nervous, but I was allowed in the room during the procedure, everyone there was so accommodating. The entire procedure took less than 2 minutes, and I couldn't be more relieved. I was given the room to nurse and I noticed immediately that my daughter was able to latch. It's been 2 weeks now, and no more reflux, my daughter has finally gained weight and I am forever grateful to Dr. Osafi and his team.”

The caregivers were all genuine and skillful, and always cheerful. They accommodated her dietary preferences and coordinated all her on-site care, recommending excellent primary care and auxiliary providers. The facility is lovely, clean and spacious, with a nice outdoor space. Great communication with the family was always possible. When hospice was necessary, it was a seamless process, as they worked with the hospice nurse to increase care levels. Excellent care, wonderful setting, and peace of mind, always.”
