“I can't believe how great the paint section of this store is. We first bought Benjamin Moore paint in Monroe -- black paint for a wall and white primer. We'd never painted a wall black before (it was for a customer's bar wall). The people working at the paint store in Monroe didn't say a word about using gray primer under black, which means we had to paint two coats of black. Luckily we came to Duvall Ace (near job site) to buy the second quart of black from an employee who has worked there for 15 years! He told us to next time use gray primer and we'll only need one coat of black. If we'd gone to him first we would have saved a day of extra driving and painting plus $ for another quart. See how TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE employees save you money & time?! At least customer service is alive and well in Duvall!”
