He set me up with a home/gym exercise program that I could easily integrate into my life. After seeing Dr. Naccarato and working on those exercises for several months, I was able to start working out with the Personal Trainers and group classes at Ascent Fitness, located in the same building as Dr. Naccarato’s office. I am now stronger through my core, back and shoulders than I have been in many years(possibly ever)! I have been to PT several times over the years and have never had anyone able to pinpoint the specific targeted exercises I needed to take up until Dr. Naccarato started working with me.
