“I started in the martial arts 30 years ago and have studied at several schools and in several styles but have never stayed and found a permenant home in the martial arts until attending Whole Armor 6 years ago. My son and I train together, and we are just a two of many examples of the excellent family atmosphere that Whole Armor provides. The physical aspects and practicality of the traditional Japanese Karate taught here is a perfect blend for self-defense, confidence building and self-discipline. The fact that this is a Christian school only serves to make our experience a better one as I am proud to use the curriculum here to reinforce the life lessons I am trying to instill in my 14 year old son. If ever you were interested in beginning in the martial arts, I can say you will not be dissapointed at Whole Armor.”

“I worked with Phil and Steve to try and find a memory care facility or possibly an adult family home for my mom who was in late stage Altzheimers disease. They were both so caring, empathetic, understanding and patient with us during the most difficult time for our family. Ultimately we were unable to move mom, but I never felt any frustration or impatience from them, only the utmost care and concern. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a care facility or home for a loved one.”

“My journey with club Pilates and Bothell began in 2021. I tried many workouts, gym memberships, and never stuck with anything. I pretty much instantly fell in love with Pilates! I really borderline became addicted. The instructors are amazing. There’s a good variety of classes but here is why I really give it a five star review. January 26, 2022 I was in a bad snowmobile accident and broke my entire rib cage. My account was put on hold. Now normally you wouldn’t have your account put on hold for 11 months, but that is exactly what Paige did. Not only did she put my account on hold for my entire recovery, but also checked in with me every month to see how I was doing. So much compassion and care, when I returned after 11 months, I was nervous and very out of shape. I was welcomed with open arms and given tons of support Kari, Emily, and Nessa are all so wonderful. Kari gives me so much encouragement, even when I feel like I need to slow way down. I never feel pressured and it’s the type of place where you truly can work at your own pace. We have taken our two kids there since birth, we use Jangaard... not pediatritions who only weigh your kids and make sure they're not turning green. Jangaard looks into our bodies in a non-invasive manor (you just sit there!), and he helps us tune up our bodies with whatever it is the body is needing so it can heal.”

“We have placed 5 implants (2 traditional and 3 mini) for my dad with Dr. Caggiano and Dr. Razoumovich. They are awesome dentists, who are extremely professional. Dr. Caggiano told me he only missed 4 days of work in his 40 years career. That is truly amazing. Staff are very friendly. Thank you Kara for taking care of us! The environment is clean and tiny. Well managed. Their prices (both traditional and mini) are the best in town too (about $1k-2k cheaper than other clinics we visited). I highly recommend to everyone, as I have been talking with my family and friends. The only thing is that they no longer offer mini-implants after the retirement of Dr. Caggiano. I certainly hope it could be on the list in the future, as it may be better suited for tighter areas and require less recovery time for elder people. Right now, mini implants are very hard to get in the Seattle area. We only found Dr. Chen from Bellevue Wellness Dental, who practices it. But he is less confident than Dr. Caggiano to use them in the back teeth. Overall, we are happy about the service. We will surely come back in the future for any implants or dental surgery.”

“I was having back pain & the word that kept coming to my friends mind was Reflexology. So I listened to the word of knowledge she got & looked into it. I scrolled through a couple places but Serenity Sole Reflexology caught my eye. Gretchen called me and talked with me on the phone for 27 minutes between asking me how I heard about Reflexology and a few other questions. She even took the time to talk to me about what Reflexology is truly about. I was in awh. When I had my appointment, she took notes as to what I was looking for and then I let her goto work. I have struggled with being relaxed in the past with things, but not here...not this appointment. I told myself to relax and I allowed myself to trust her with what she was doing. She asked me a few questions based off of the beginning of what my feet looked like and just the beginning touches of it. And at the end she was able to tell me based off what she felt on my feet exactly some of the things I have been struggling with in my body. Spot on. By the end of the appointment, I was still awake, but I was so relaxed that I lifted my head but my body wouldn't move for a moment. It was amazing. I'm definitely coming back to see Gretchen and I will be recommending my friends. I look forward to many more sessions and understanding a little more about my body and allowing Gretchen to help me work through it. The atmosphere is peaceful, the music is soothing. Her voice is gentle and calm and her hands are soft. This appointment Blessed me.”
