“I train here for the jiu-jitsu. I’m very picky with my gyms as social settings tend to give me anxiety. (It usually takes me 4-6 months before I’m able to join.) That said, this gym immediately made me feel comfortable with its very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, and the training environment is relaxed and very conducive to learning, whether you’re training to compete or as a hobby. Sparring feels very safe and you don’t feel like somebody is going to inadvertently hurt you (which is usually a concern for smaller people like me). There are training partners at every level, and the instruction is top-notch. Kyle is very knowledgeable, and doesn’t get caught-up with gym politics, encouraging everyone to cross-train. The mats are mopped every day after use, and the bathroom is very clean. Definitely one of the top gyms I’ve trained at.”

“Dr Lu is the most gentle, caring, patient & professional dentist I’ve ever had – and I’ve had over a dozen dentists in my lifetime. I’ve seen her around 15 times in the past 7 years and I’ve never had any pain during treatment or afterwards. I’ve had dental problems my entire life (I’m 70 years old) but she’s the last dentist I’ll ever need. She’s given me 7 crowns, numerous fillings and many cleanings. They can also set you up with a great system for refills if you're busy that will send you a text or phone message when your prescription is ready. No need to keep track of it yourself anymore...unless you like to! Get your seasonal shots and traveling immunizations there too. Like I said, A plus service!”
