“First visit was an unpleasant visit, the floors were filthy looked like they haven't been cleaned in a month, the staff wasn't that friendly, unprofessional and at that time highly unorganized. If you're thinking of using Hill-Top don't!!! That was my review of my first visit there. My second visit was much better than my first visit I was doing a back patch study there and the staff was very nice but my visit was decent, I will continue doing surveys at Hilltop.”

“This Jiffy Lube is great - I actually came in twice today (once for my car, once for my girlfriend's), and the staff was fast, they know what they're doing, and they don't overcharge for service. It took them 8 minutes to change the oil - very impressive! Highly recommend it. (Also, I overheard them talking about closing early on election day so that the staff that wasn't able to early vote could go out and vote - I respect the hell out of that.)”

PJ was professional, courteous, and prompt to confirm my reservation, and provided detailed instructions to make sure my move in and lease signing process was as smooth as possible. On move-in day, PJ gave me a thorough tour of the facility and answered my (numerous) questions clearly and efficiently. They also upheld vigilant cleaning procedures to disinfect any surfaces/items that I needed in interact with when I checked in at the office. This was very reassuring for me since I had to move during the COVID-19 pandemic.
