“We have used this company many times now. But our main big move, was 4bed with 2 sheds full of everything. This company didn't break one thing, as we normally break multiple things during a move. I was really pleased on how fast and quickly they moved everything. Even setting up the main items, like beds in each room to make our 1st night that much easier. They unloaded all items to each rooms, dressers, tvs. They covered and wrapped all our tvs and important furniture. Laying out floor mats to keep things clean too. I have made multiple phone calls over the past few weeks trying to figure out prices and what I need and how this work (we usually don't need other companies to deliver for us, but this door is larger than most and we forgot to do job site delivery). Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me figure out pricing and what I needed. I called today to schedule pick up and delivery for next week. I spoke with Adrienne. She was absolutely amazing - she helped me with a bill of lading template and emailed me all of the information I would need to put on it to ensure our timelines were met and our technician wasn't waiting around to load and unload. She was informational, professional, friendly, and had the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. It is hard to know what to do and to set up things like this for the first time when you have zero idea what you are doing. Should I ever need to again, I will be calling them. “No porta potties outside which is a bummer when the office staff isn't there or just don't feel like opening the door. Maybe our driver code works but I haven't tried it. Aside from that issue the shop does a seemingly good job, the staff is nice and open to jokes except for the guy working at the shop desk. Cramped place but overall good. Pay is amazing too. 79 cents a mile, $55 a stop for the UNFI centralia contract can't beat that. Left Swift for JB Hunt and haven't looked back.”
