“I have lived here for less than a year but have enjoyed being here so far. The property is older, which comes with quirks, but maintenance and management have been quick to respond to/resolve any issues. There have unfortunately been a number of vehicle break-ins within the last few months; as someone who has worked in the security field as well as property management, I understand that crime prevention of that sort is extremely challenging. The only challenge we have faced is getting uphill during the winter, as the one road in/out of part of the property can freeze over. However, the location and nearby area is safe, the neighbors are friendly and caring, and current management shows/puts in effort-which is very rare to get all those aspects. For folks of all walks looking for a good place to live, I would recommend it.”

“I had a couple of repairs that needed to be taken care of in my apartment, so I mentioned them to Jessie on Wednesday, and gave permission for Bobby to enter my apartment when I was at work yesterday. I came home to both problems taken care of! The prompt repair service is just one of the great things about living in this complex. The grounds are kept neat and clean, with attractive landscaping, and it's always extremely quiet in my apartment. Donna, Jessie, Wilma, and the other staff are all so friendly and helpful, which helps make it a really pleasant place to live. I'm so happy to have found this place when I needed an apartment a year and a half ago.”

They promptly showed up when ever there was an issue. They were always kind and understanding. When it came time to move to a larger location they wished us luck and returned our deposit without trying to hold back a dime.
