“One of the cheaper places in Puget sound to dock your boat. Not much in the way of amenities though. However, they OBVIOUSLY respect your rights as a boater, and all other things being equal, I would recommend them heavily over any other marina in the area. I had to move my boat away because it was just too far for me (I live up in Everett), but in a year at Oro Bay, they handled anything that came up, demonstrated more respect for the boaters, and put fewer weird restrictions on boaters than the Marina I had to move to did in 1 month. Seriously, if Oro Bay is a feasible Marina for you, choose it.”

“I have not had the same experience others have while living here. The manager has always been friendly and accommodating. I have had 3 maintenance issues since my residency began and all were fixed and addressed in less than 24 hours. I will say new management came in in November of 2016, so perhaps the new management has tightened up. All in all rent is competitive, management friendly and effective, and *most* of the residents are extremely friendly. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. It is hard to have company as most visitor spots are already taken by residents. However, I'm not even sure how they could fix the parking issue as there is only so much space. **Update** I recently moved out of town and wanted to add a final note to my review. The management team has always been friendly and supportive and that continued through my moving out. I have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member and recommend giving Pacific Pointe a visit if you're looking for a new place to call home!”

“Integrity Property Management has been our property manager for the past 10 years. I spent a long time trying to identify a property management company that met my requirements. We are extremely happy we went with Integrity. Kiley has been our designated property manager since day one. She has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have had a few issues with our HOA, tenants, and maintenance issues. She has handled each situation fast and ensured everything was taken care of. We have been out of state for a few years and we have had a few different tenants. She has always found a new tenant immediately and we have never not have someone cover the rent. Additionally, she ensures we rent at a price that we like and is competitive enough to get a new tenant. We could not be happier with Kiley. We have dealt with a couple other departments at Integrity and they have been extremely helpful as well. This past year we had our first major maintenance issue. A faulty toilet leaked through the ceiling and flooded part of the downstairs. Close to $20,000 in damages. Kiley and her team were quick to ensure everything was taken care of. There have been a couple other small issues, but every time Kiley made an extremely stressful situation get taken care of. She really does care that our home is taken care of and we have good tenants. We hope to be with her and Integrity for many years to come.
