“Alex is very professional and meticulous in his work. He's done 3 jobs for us and never did he disappoint. He replaced one of our skylights and all the flashing around them and the vents. He treated our roof and carefully removed the moss from every shingle. He cleaned out all the gutters and grounds when he was done. “This is a business with a lot of integrity—highly recommend! Water began pouring into our home while my husband was in the ICU. (He is usually the maintenance man for our home, and I am less knowledgeable about home repairs, and not comfortable getting on the roof.) As a not handy woman, I felt very vulnerable hiring a contractor without knowing what the root cause was. I was also uncomfortable going off of a quote for time and materials without a guarantee, since the estimator wasn’t 100% certain what was causing the problem. (He quoted me time and materials for a partial roof replacement.) The repairman arrived promptly on the agreed day and time, and quickly determined that the cause of the leak wasn’t the roof at all, but actually the unfortunate combo of a failing gutter and shoddy siding patch from years ago that hadn’t been properly caulked. He quickly made the repair and billed me a very reasonable amount. This company could have really taken advantage of me in my moment of vulnerability by charging for work not needed, but they didn’t. They’ve earned a customer for life.”

“Tedrick’s roofing came to our rescue. Jim Tedrick came to our home to inspect the roof and let us know that our roof was still in great shape and only needed a repair. Which was a relief! The price for the repair was affordable and in our budget. The job was done quickly and the crew was professional. We had about 3 other companies also look at our roof and each one only offered quotes for a new roof and no mention of repair. Tedrick’s took the time and found the solution that worked for our family and really cares. This was a few years ago, and when my moms roof was leaking and he came hee rescue and was able to replace her roof and they did a wonderful job. Then again, I reached out to Tedricks because I thought I had a leak in my roof. He came out the very same day, today to come and inspect my roof. He let us know that our roof was still in good shape and that the issue was coming from the solar panels we had installed and the recent cold weather. It was reassuring to know that the issue was not serious. We really appreciated his time to come and take a look at it for us. “Our home was built in 1998 so it was time to get a re-roof done. We had contacted 10 contractors to bid on our project and the proposals were vastly different which was surprising. Building material was the main difference in pricing and we did not see a need to get the most expensive up to date method of venting our home as we haven't had an issue with it for all these years anyways. So we looked at 3 bids from the companies we really enjoyed who had professional sales teams and were not overpriced for what we were looking for. Chase came out on top. They were not the cheapest but they provided what we wanted at a price we were willing to spend. The crew showed up for three days due to on and off rain during the week. Wed-Fri and completed everything and were very polite and professional. They cleaned up everything thoroughly the last day and I am very happy with the end product. Our home is a darker gray with white trim/border and we picked the dual black IKO Cambridge shingles and it looks amazing. Thank you for re-roofing our home.”

“Addicott installed my flat roof for my home. Let's be clear. Roofing my house SUCKED. Nearly every single peice of fascia had been rotted through, and several parts of the roofing overhang as well. The original flat roof was just 2 roofs poorly slapped on top of each other. I knew it, they knew it, we all had a miserable time.
