The team that arrived to do our repairs were so thorough. They went over every detail, took their time and were committed to doing an excellent job. They even recognized that my gutter guard system had been installed incorrectly years ago and spent hours fixing it, just because they wanted it to be done correctly. “Achten's did a fantastic job! I can't recommend them more highly. They tore off my old composite shingle roof, replaced it with a metal roof, and changed the attic ventilation method. Their office staff were always communicative. The roofers were careful with all of the plants that I have around my house. My yard was very well cleaned-up after each day of work. All workers were friendly and respectful the whole time. The roofers worked hard and took the time to do everything right, carefully, such as managing my old, brittle vinyl siding successfully. When they came back to add the attic venting, they even cleaned up my ancient insulation for me (in a hot, stuffy, dark attic) and were super careful to not to track any debris through my house. The roofing crew seemed to get along really well among themselves, too, which says a lot to me: they likely are treated well and enjoy their jobs, so do even better work for clients. Really, all-around, this was a great experience!”

“Award Roofing did a great job on our roof. Bruce came out for an estimate and he actually climbed on the roof to make sure I actually needed new shingles, unlike the other guy I had out. I thought I had two layers of shingles, but Bruce said I only had one. He could have taken me for disposing an extra layer of shingles that weren't really there, but he was honest. That's getting harder to find nowadays. I really appreciated how he didn't pressure me at all with salesman tactics. His price was all he needed to seal the deal. The best price, by far, of all the estimates I received - for the same shingles. His crew got it done quickly and cleaned up their mess. I did find a staple or two laying around, but that's about it - they're not perfect, but close. Anyway my roof has been leak free for over a year now and I'm really glad I chose Award Roofing. I wish all contractors were like them.”

At 7:27 am Monday he was at my house with a full crew ready to work. No issues at all with the job or crew. No loud music, no yelling workers and no damage or garbage left for me to pick up.
