“It's hard to even put into words how impressed we are with the finished result of our home improvement project through Superior Exterior Systems. We feel so grateful to have found such an honest, punctual and hard-working company for our new siding and windows. We bought a fixer-upper a few years ago, and knew we needed a complete overhaul on the exterior of the home. But, we've been burned with sketchy contractors in the past, who did shoddy work. When we started getting quotes from various companies, we quickly realized how much the siding/window market varies when it comes to cost. We booked a consultation with Superior Exterior Systems, not realizing at the time that it was the same company that had helped us out in a bind during a home inspection on our previous home a few years earlier. At the time, Chad had come out and inspected our roof for no cost to us. When he showed up to quote us on our current home, I immediately recognized him and felt like we were working with someone we could trust, and the respect was mutual. We've never worked with an owner/company who took the time that Chad and his crew did, to make sure we felt comfortable financially, and stylistically with our project. From beginning to end, they made sure we were in the loop on every aspect of the job, and were very gracious when it came to changes we made throughout the process. This is not a company that will over-sell or under-deliver. Their pricing is fair and their work is incredibly beautiful, but also quality, something that's very important to us. We know the materials and the workmanship will last for years to come. It sounds cheesy saying this, but our home would not be what it is without this wonderful team. “I just learned about Bayview roofing this year through my State farm insurance agent in Silverdale, Nicole Grigg. I requested 3 estimates for replacing my 30 year old composite roof at the beginning of April. Two of the bigger companies were unable to complete the work prior to the end of the summer. Bayview being a small family-run business, completed the work in the middle of May. I was very impressed with their staff and the workers were very diligent and considerate of safety and also my personal needs regarding clutter. The office manager, Crystal personally delivered the invoice to my house and picked up my check for the work. The estimator Steve delivered a prepackaged packet of extremely important information about my roof which the big companies didn't do. Scott Carlson, the owner of the business was very personal and communicative about the work while it was being performed. I don't give out five stars very often but certainly Bayview roofing was entitled to this rating.”
