Linda K. came in and made the impossible come true. What a hard worker she is! She has a network of helpers who are as hardworking and honest as she is. She is always thinking of best solutions drawing on her vast experience. She doesn’t like to see waste and shared connections and ideas for things that are not saleable. My father had collected art from an artist who Linda researched to ask a fair price, which was a pleasant surprise. I had never expected that attention in this kind of sale. Linda has a following of buyers who trust her, so there will always be a great turnout at all her estate sales. On the day of our sale the power went out! There was no light! My hopes were dashed, but she somehow was able to provide light and offer headlamps and flash lights and the sale was a success surpassing her original sales estimate! Which brings us to another very important topic of honesty. Linda takes pride in her work and respects her customers which leads to a trust that removes added stress. I was able to turn my attention to other things needing to be done while she arranged a team to do a deep clean inside and out. Within a few weeks my father’s house was ready to be sold and did sell shortly after. I look back and I am amazed at the record time it took to achieve the result we wanted, and I can’t recommend Linda enough. She will do her best for you and more. She knows this business and how to get the most for you. Most of all, she does not take advantage, you can feel confident with your trust of Linda K in all aspects of your downsizing or liquidation. But the guy who unloaded me was really quick once he got to me and knew what he was doing. I was unloaded in about 25 to 30 minutes. I would definitely go back to this receiver since they are fast once they get to you just hope they would honor their appt time.”

He explained everything to me thoroughly so it was a smooth check in and move in for me. Today I had to transfer my stuff to a smaller unit and again Mark's service was excellent. He helped explain the transfer process and how it would work for my monthly payment. He also helped me save a one-time admin fee (if i were to do a unit transfer online) by suggesting coming in to do it in person. Besides the great service I have received here, this place is very clean and bright. I would recommend it to anyone!”

I am extremely impressed by how affordable and well-executed service they were able to provide. The whole service took a little over 7hr, as they informed us at midway. No hidden fees and they listed out all charges prior for me to agree to give my business. As a Korean household, my partner and I had quite high expectations and they did not disappoint. This smooth and headache-free experience actually allowed us to be able to enjoy the new place and enjoy the rest of the evening. I highly encourage any potential interested parties to contact the business and discuss in detail about household size and logistics prior (i.e. i sent them various photos of the apartment so they became aware of what to expect).
