“I am so thankful for this place and Kaitlyn. It's hard to find storage places that the inside walls of your unit go from floor to ceiling all around. Many have a gap at the top where the rodents can come in from anywhere. Here, if everyone takes time to be careful when accessing their unit/s, by making sure to not leave the main door we come in, open, we can keep rodents out! And if storing for the first time, if you make sure your stuff if stored somewhere before coming here is free of rodents, then the rodents also won't have a ride to here! We all must take responsibility too not just blame the property. I at any given time have had 2 or more storage units in many places and states. I've been looking for a place that had no gaps at the top of my units for a long time. I had to discard a lot of stuff due to rodents at these places. People don't pay attention to what we can and can not store. Because of this, we all suffer! The rodents go to theirs and infest as many storage units as they can! Myself and others, do the proper way of storing our stuff per property guidelines, but now our stuff is ruined! If you are going to store your stuff, inquire as to the guidelines. Your stuff and our stuff here at AA Marysville Mini Storage will be safe! Can't possibly stop rodents, etc. from wondering onto the property. But the management and staff here do their best to stop these creatures from wondering into the buildings where our storage units are, and around the premises by catching them in traps. Thank you Kaitlyn and other staff for all you do! And thank you to the owner who had these units built, with all around walls from floor to ceiling leaving NO gaps!”

“It is a facility requiring a little maintenance. A little pricier than I'm accustomed, but that seems to be the norm in the area. It was well lit and a clean facility. One of the doors had a broken security pad and was taped to allow entry. I was only there for a week and it was not fixed while I was there. There is an initial setup fee and they charge by the month. I think the biggest issue I had with the facility was that I was there for a week and had no prorated refund so I ended up paying for more than one month (monthly fee and initial setup). They did offer a free lock, which I returned as I already had one of the same type. The staff was friendly and the units were clean and worked well. It was easy to get to with plenty of space if you have a larger vehicle (semi trucks go down the dead end road for a distribution plant next door and have space to turn around). They also have better security than I've seen at other locations (with sensors on each individual unit). Overall not bad, but if you're moving to the area and looking for short term, be aware that at minimum, you're locked in for a little over a month fee for a month or less of time.”

“We have used this company many times now. But our main big move, was 4bed with 2 sheds full of everything. This company didn't break one thing, as we normally break multiple things during a move. I was really pleased on how fast and quickly they moved everything. Even setting up the main items, like beds in each room to make our 1st night that much easier. They unloaded all items to each rooms, dressers, tvs. They covered and wrapped all our tvs and important furniture. Laying out floor mats to keep things clean too. Plus put items in our out buildings too. Just made this big move so much easier, because moving is hard. We have shared this company with plenty others, and they had the same experience. Easy to communicate, fast time with quality, great pricing, and very accommodating to all needs. Highly recommended for all moving needs!! So happy to be able to share this company with others.”
