We had a hiccup where we couldn't get into our building 3 days before our scheduled move out, but the manager let us in (after verifying identity). The manager was Pat and she is one of the best attendants who has ever helped us. She was very timely and kind, understanding, and very helpful in answering all our questions. “Back in the end of February my husband and i purchased our fifth wheel from Sunset RV. We meet some of the employees when we did our walk through and had some minor repair work done. We met Benny and Danny, who were awesome. Nate, the service manager, was ok but he never returned calls and when i would talk to him he would say he would send Danny out to work on something, but never would. So when my husband and I had a blow out on our fifth wheel we brought it here to Sunset to be repaired. Now that they have two new Managers, Carl, the GM and Corey, the service manager, this service department was great. All of the employees followed through on what they said, they were NEVER rude to us and they were extremely helpful. I wish all companies had such a wonderful set of employees to work with. Thank you ALL for everything.”

“This was a move from WA to AZ with a full household of stuff (3000 sf of belongings), transport of two cars and arranged to have fragile items professionally packed. The bid process was done via cell phone "FaceTime" walk-through of household items to move. This was very thorough and received good advice on what and how to pack. Movers packed fragile art objects and we opted for the full insurance coverage and also opted for the added service of the movers coming back to pick up the empty boxes and packing paper after the move so we did not have to deal with hauling anything to the recycle plant. The moving crew at both ends of the move were professional, well-trained and set up the new house in good order with beds assembled and all boxes placed in the room as per the box labels. Moving is expensive. If your furnishings are worth the cost of the move, then hire the best - and Continental Van/Mayflower is definitely the best. Would use this company again and highly recommend.”

“I really like this storage place i like how they have it set up (if only it worked). I have had nothing but issues with this place management does not return phone calls nor can you get online to pay. And 9 out of 10 times the kiosk doesnt work it is always just temporarily down. The first month i moved in it said the last 2 days of jan had been prorated with feb. Bill when i rented the unit. However just 9 days after i rented it i was locked out according to them for the 4.7something rent due in January add the 9 insurance in and a late fee i was charged somewhete around 30 for it and was locked out it took over 3 days just to be told i would be allowed back in unit till i paid the less than orig 5 bucks to them when i thought i had. I paid. Now this month cant use the kiosk to pay rent cant pay rent online i again have 30 in unpaid amount plus my monthly rent. But cant pay cuz i cant talk to anyone and the system doesnt work. Would think the 5 $ oversite the would just credit the late fees and prorate the 2 days of insurance. As per this month you cant charge a late fee if there has been no way to make a payment. Ok he got back to this time thanked me for letting him know kiosk was broken. Took payment over phone. Was friendly and gave me a way to reach him for future. Would of like the late fee waived but i was late thanks Brett sorry i doubted you.”
