“The staff there is always fantastic. Here are our experiences over the years that are the most memorable. In 2015 they saved Harlie's life after a puppy got stuck 2019 removes dead eye 2021 they helped us figure out that Harlie had nasal cancer, and a few months later saw her over the rainbow bridge. 2022 7 week old puppy got nipped after trying to steal a 70# labs food. Got us right in. And stitched her back up. Countless annual, dentals, scans and other families pets Always professional, always willing to do whatever it takes to help the pets.”

“Thank you for your exceptional care on 2/21. My vet sent us over that evening and within an hour my pup was having an emergency endoscopy to remove a rock. There was a woman at the front desk-Kathie who was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist us and I felt that she really cared about us and ensuring our needs were met. “Very pleased with my experience coming here. I have an older tiny chihuahua that needed some teeth pulled and I was very stressed about taking her in. “In August of 2022 the amount of veterinarians vs pet owners is currently very imbalanced. The wait time at walk in clinics is outrageous. I called Highline today and they were able to take care of my dogs minor emergency today and did it so professionally. I was very impressed with the friendliness and ability to respond so efficiently of Dr Greene and her staff. The best tip I can give someone is bring your pet here! “I have been taking my animals to this clinic/hospital since I was a child. Even when I went back then, they were sweet to me since I was fascinated by the veterinary field. As I grew up, I job shadowed and eventually got my first job here. I couldn't say enough about how amazing the doctors here always have been. The doctors here take their jobs seriously and love these animals as they were their own. After I realized I was never going to be able to become a vet, I left the clinic but continued to bring my animals here. I have since gotten married and eventually moved away. My husband and I drive back every year with our animals to bring them here because of how much they all love it. Most animals hate the doctor (as does the majority of people I guess) but all of the staff here have been so wonderful that all my animals love it there. We make the 9 hour drive to come back just to see the trusted doctors that have earned our love and respect.”

“The staff are all extremely helpful and caring, including the reception/admins. They pay attention and remember things about thwir customers and naturally make effort. They do their best successfully to get you an appointment when you need one. Dr. Fry performed a physical exam of my 4 year old golden retriever when she was sick and was able to identify that her lymph nodes were inflamed, even though it didn't seem relevant. She made the decision to biopsy to be safe and ended up saving my girl's life, as although she was very young, she was positive for Lymphoma and wouldn't have made it if we hadn't caught it and started chemo right away with an Oncologist. Highly recommend this vet office and am so happy to have a reliable and trustworthy vet for my babies. Thank you!”

I am very particular about who takes care of my dogs as I have multiple senior dogs and there is not a single person at PetZen that I would not trust with any of my animals.
