This place not only took on our child, and at 445pm without heartache and the process was simple. The staff went above and beyond for us and her. We appreciate these people for caring for our family member. Having a family of rescued pit bulls we get a lot of different looks from many folks, vet's. But Cougar Mountain veterinary took us on and for that we will make certain all of our kids have on going care program. We really respect the love for our kids aka pets dogs. Top notch.”

“Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Stacy. She cared for our elderly kitty for over a year with acupuncture for his pancreatitis. My first thought was, "What? Acupuncture for my cat?" It truly did wonders for him though, and I'm thankful that we got another happy year with him. When it was time to say goodbye to Eddie recently, Dr. Stacy gave us a kind and peaceful at-home euthanasia. In my opinion, this is the best way to say goodbye to your fur-kids. Less stress for all involved. Thank you Dr. Stacy, for what you do for our community. The pets appreciate it as well. The dogs look forward to your care, going forward. :-P”

“I absolutely love this place! They took such good care of my cat Merlin. They sent me photos everyday, and kept me in the loop with how he was doing. I was very nervous at first, being this is the first time I was ever boarding my cat, but they answered all my questions and totally put me at ease. What I love even more, is that a vet is running the facility and if anything ever goes wrong, or something happens, there was a vet next door. I for sure would recommend this place to any first time boarding parent and will continue to bring back my fur baby when we go out of town! Here is a photo of him getting love while we were away, and the bill. Free cuddles and snuggle are our favorite!”

“I took my cat Percival to see Dr. Heather over the weekend for the first time and Perci and I were both impressed. They were very gentle with my old man cat (he's 15) and did a good job with blood work too. My cat is generally very relaxed at the vet and this place was no exception. I like their weekend hours for my schedule but they go as late as 6pm on weekdays. Dr Heather was very well informed and I trust the plan she has laid out for my cat. Even though she wasn't in on Monday she had a different vet (didn't catch her name) call me with the follow up results of the blood work first thing. The other vet was equally knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. Most appreciated! Will be taking my boyfriend's cat to see Dr.Heather this weekend. “Last week we brought my Chihuahua named Chewy here because she was suffering from heart failure. The shorter asain woman came RUNNING to me at the front door and quick as she could took Chew into the back. We were then brought to a private room within minutes and then called by the head Vet there. She was very compassionate. She clearly explained the facts, and her opinion of the choices we had to make for my dog. We ended up choosing euthanasia. Even though my heart is broken, I am so thankful we came here and not Diamond or some other place. The people here at VCA are incredible and they did all they could, and in the long run I will come back here in the future. I'll also be recommending anyone with an animal emergency come here first if they have an opening. Call ahead because if your pet is in dire straights, they will make room if they are able. Like they did for us that day. Thanks for your hard work and love! 😺 🐕”
