“I haven't seen Dr. Robbins in some time because I moved out of the area, but I miss seeing her. She had told me many years ago that a specific area on my body felt hot and had bad energy like something was wrong. She did fascia work for my back and was the only doc that could take the pain away. I have had horrible back and stomach pain all my life and doctors could never figure out what was wrong until symptoms could no longer be ignored. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called AS last year. It has caused damage to my SI joint and chronic back pain on my left side amongst other horrible side effects. I also have inflammatory bowel disease and the pain is exactly where she was feeling that bad energy all the time. I sometimes wonder what my life would be like now if I still had been able to continue treatment with her. I haven't found an ND where I live now that is anywhere near the level she was. I miss you Dr Patti!”

“Can't think about 2 cities that are more different as Beer Sheva and Seattle…One is a hot land locked desert metropolitan and the other is a cold, wet, shoreline city. The park itself is pretty nice, nice views of lake Washington. Not too much parking around and the park is not that big. There is a public restroom, small picnic area and a small playground. It is bigger than Seattle park in Beer Sheve, as it is basically just a dog play area.”

“Love living in the PNW, so many opportunities to get outdoors. I was surprised at how many mountain bikers there were on this trail. No issue though, just be alert. Was also surprised to spot a black bear on trail, it was just passing by. Pretty exciting! We ended up extending our hike to Twin Falls, which branches off of this trail.”
