“Our family has been attending Timberlake for a long time. We find the church welcoming and warm, with a wide range of offerings for all ages and stages of life, while remaining biblically sound. When they were at that age, both our kids liked the junior high and high school programs, and my wife is especially fond of the music. “Review from my first appointment at the Point Ruston location yesterday. 1.) Front door reserved parking is an awesome plus! 2.) Very easy check in and I was offered a drink while I waited. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional, she walked me to the tranquility room (waiting room) which is gorgeous! 3) The hygienist I saw was Madison. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and was good at taking a full series of X-rays. After that she handed me the complimentary menu and I picked Aromatherapy and the gel eye mask. Next time I’ll get those again and add the neck roll and the paraffin wax, I had a cut on my finger so I didn’t try it this time. They also had other things on the paper list that’s not listed online like lip balm. She did a really good job on the cleaning, pain free but still thorough. 4) The doctor was really nice and took time to talk to me about all my concerns, wants/needs etc. She talked me though the treatment plan and all my options, there was no pressure to buy anything or do any treatment. 5) At the end they answered all my remaining questions and made my next appointment in 6 months, before walking me to the front to pay and sign the treatment plan on my way out. You can grab another refreshment at this time as well. All said and done I was there for about an hour. There was almost no down time or waiting time for any part of my appointment. 6) The only negative reviews I found about this place was people had surprise fees or charges. I did NOT have that experience at all. We have insurance and all copays were laid out clearly, right from the start. For example at the end she asked me if I wanted fluoride and told me it would be an additional $10 on top of the $44 I’d pay for my exam and X-rays which we had previously discussed. I said yes and when I left my total was $54. No hidden fees whatsoever.”

“Our family has been going to Westside church for over 10 years. We LOVE it! When we started coming out daughter was a senior in high school and our son was 2 years old. Kids programming and VBS was great for our son. We have enjoyed the local small community or home groups that meet. Another important aspect for our family was community involvement. The church is always involved in something (varies based on need and interest). We support the teens at KC Juevenile detention center, UGM, Hope Place, Providence Heights, WorldComp Kenya, and Shared Space for all in Thailand. Most of all we feel comfortable inviting friends and family to church. No matter who you are, you will relate to the Sunday sermon and feel welcome. We hope you will join us!”

The gals behind the counter were fantastic, helped us decide what to go with as first timers looking at an extensive menu where everything looked good. 😏 I echo the accolades for the fries and onion rings, they were really good. I had the “Shroomer” burger, which was delicious and loaded with a hearty portion of toppings. The only complaint I had was that the bun was a bit soggy so it couldn’t hold up very well, but honestly it was still delicious in spite of that. Next time I may try a burger with topping a little less juicy, but still worth the 5 star rating! The shakes are great and you can make any combination of flavors too. Yes they have chocolate even though it’s not on the menu. 😏 Overall great place to stop and get some grub. Will definitely be back!”
